No \u2014<br \/>\nbut life isn\u2019t fair.<br \/>\nAnd who am I, truly,<br \/>\nto judge what I sought<br \/>\nwhen love was a lesson<br \/>\nI was never taught?<\/p>\n<p>Why did happiness mean<br \/>\nI had to run away?<br \/>\nRun from them, or from me \u2014<br \/>\nwho was I meant to betray?<\/p>\n<p>What did I do<br \/>\nto deserve all that pain,<br \/>\nall that anger and violence<br \/>\nfalling down like rain,<br \/>\nwhen all I wanted<br \/>\nwas a simple childhood day?<\/p>\n<p>I ran from them,<br \/>\nbut from myself I did not dare.<br \/>\nAnd only now, step by step,<br \/>\nI\u2019m finding my way back there.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is it normal that I forget so easily?
