OF GENDERS  – Sonnet No. 5

On planet Earth, where most of us belong,
Of late, some sing a most perplexing song:
Of genders flowing, with necessity to show,
All ripples, waves, and even undertow.

The human form, intricately designed,
With genders to perpetuate mankind.
Experimental glitch and quirky twerks,
Give Nature chance to test its crafty works.

When genders bloom into a spectrum vast,
Mistakes that happen, simply can not last.
When genders bend and twist, proclaiming norm:
Can stringless violin play up a storm?

So, in the lands of timeless sun and moon,
How will Nature play its varied tune?
